Secure Savety respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our free membership or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the messages we send you.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the consent choices you make on our forms.
• Communication data: whether an email or text was delivered, opened or replied to, and opt-out requests.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected automatically when you visit the site.

We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers or sensitive categories of personal information.

3. How we use your information

• to create and manage your free membership;
• to send you the vetted deals, service updates and account notifications you requested;
• to send marketing communications where you have opted in;
• to respond to your questions and provide support;
• to measure which content and offers are useful, and improve the service;

4. SMS program and mobile opt-in data

If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the number you provided. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for assistance.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive. We may share the number with the messaging service provider that transmits our texts on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose. Full SMS terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the service — such as email and SMS delivery, hosting and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own purposes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may not function as intended if you do. We honor browser-level opt-out signals where required by applicable law.

7. Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes, including proof of consent. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and restricted internal access — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP, or email consent via the unsubscribe link.
