1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Secure Savety website, membership and related communications. By creating a free membership, submitting a form on this site, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or join the membership.

2. SMS / Text message communications

If you provide your mobile number and check the applicable consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Secure Savety at the number provided, including service updates, account notifications and — where you have separately opted in — marketing and promotional messages. Consent is given using an automatic telephone dialing system where applicable.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@securesavety.com.
• Consent is not required for purchasing products or services.
• Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission by your carrier and network availability.
• Supported carriers may change without notice. You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes.

3. Membership

Secure Savety membership is free. You agree to provide accurate information when joining, to keep it current, and not to create memberships on behalf of another person without authorization. We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these terms or is used in a way that harms the service or other members. Membership grants access to curated offer listings and communications; it does not create any entitlement to a specific offer, price or availability.

4. Third-party merchant offers

Secure Savety curates offers made available by third-party merchants. We are not the seller of any product or service listed and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. Offer terms, eligibility, availability, pricing, shipping, returns and customer support are controlled entirely by the merchant, and may change or end at any time without notice to us or to you. While we review offers before publishing them, we cannot guarantee that any offer will remain available or that a merchant will honor it. Any dispute regarding a purchase must be resolved with the merchant.

We may receive compensation from merchants or affiliate networks when members use certain offers. This does not change the price you pay and does not determine whether an offer passes our review.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• scrape, harvest, republish or resell our content or offer listings;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another member's account;
• interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the service;
• submit false information or another person's contact details without consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Secure Savety name, logo, site design, written content and curated listings are owned by Secure Savety or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other use requires our prior written permission. Merchant names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any offer, description or savings estimate is complete, current or accurate at the time you view it. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Savety and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or savings, arising out of or related to your use of the site, any offer, or any transaction with a third-party merchant. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where the change is material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site or membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
